The Exsymol home-bound communication, marketing and sales team members are displaying ever greater creativity to keep in touch with their customers and offer a fully virtual in-cosmetics trade show featuring a series of short videos made at home that can be seen on the brand new Exsymol TV channel.

The Monaco-headquartered specialist of cosmetic active ingredients thus showcases its latest launches, such as Scutaline, an active ingredient rich in anti-inflammatory polyphenols, extracted from the roots of scutellaria, a plant widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, and targeting senescent cells, also known as "zombie cells".

This temporary video channel is also an opportunity to give voice to the group’s experts on subjects such as the last Nobel Prize in medicine, or the development of 5G in Monaco and to consider how these issues could find their way into the cosmetic field. It is also the opportunity to take stock of Exsymol’s latest advances in in the field of silicon and the silanol technology, their core expertise area.

But the Marketing & Communication department is not the only one working hard at Exsymol! The company obviously saw its activity impacted from the very beginning of the full lockdown and had to reduce its production capacity. However, it was able to adapt and maintain a minimum production, which has been reoriented towards the production of hydro-alcoholic hand sanitisers, 10 tonnes of which have already been manufactured for health authorities of the Principality of Monaco (Red Cross, doctors, hospital, public safety, etc.). The company also donated its personal protective equipment (overshoes, disposable sanitary hair nets, overcoats) to units that needed it.

"We do not forget our customers and continue to ship available products in order to maintain a service as close as possible to their needs, for those who continue or have resumed their activity as we have seen in China in particular. We place the safety of our employees working on the site at the forefront of our priorities and we provide them with all the equipment necessary to protect their health," adds Christophe Paillet, Marketing & Communication Director of Exsymol.
