DSM’s Personal Care Business Unit, a supplier of ingredients and solutions for beauty care, diet, food and medical products recently announced a series of appointments in its Personal Care division:Joerg Richter, currently Senior Director Global Marketing and Innovation Personal Care, has been appointed Senior Director Personal Care North America. Prior to joining DSM, he has held several positions in Product Management, Business Management and Marketing in Gillette, Wella, Procter & Gamble and Roche Diagnostics. With over 15 years of experience in regional as well as global roles, Joerg will lead one of the key regions of DSM’s Personal Care Business Unit. Frédéric Boned, currently Head of Personal Care EMEA, succeeds Joerg Richter as Director Global Marketing and Innovation Personal Care and will become a member of the Personal Care Management team. Frédéric brings over 12 years of experience from Givaudan International SA where he held various positions in Sales and Marketing. Floor Saris, currently Commercial Manager Personal Care, has been appointed Director Personal Care Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Floor started her career with DSM in 2006 and has held various positions in Global Key Account Management and Global Purchasing Management in DSM’s Composite Resins Business Group prior to moving to Personal Care. Roberto Galli, currently Manager Strategic Projects Personal Care, is taking on the additional overall responsibility for the Global Commercial Management Personal Care. During his career Roberto has held various leading positions in the Personal Care industry in Product and Commercial Management.
