Dior tests a new interactive beauty shop in France

The new Dior beauty shop that recently opened in the Parly 2 shopping centre, Paris western suburban area, offers a full and exclusive assortment of Dior fragrances and beauty products as well as innovative services for personalized beauty benefits.

A new digital relationship

At the centre of this new shop, a large table allows to discover the full range of Dior products. All around the shop a series of wall-fixed iPads, a Skin Care 3D Mapping mirror and a Mix & Match screen create an entertaining and informative digital path where consumers can make accurate diagnoses, test a wide array of colours and combinations. “Step by step, every woman can build up its own story and define its own and personalised beauty by Dior,” explains the brand.

However, consumers are not left alone in front of the screens. Dior shop assistants are available to share their expertise and enhance the digital interaction with the brand’s lines of fragrances, makeup lines and skin care products.

Perfumes, makeup and skin care

Either in self-service or with the help of a Dior assistant, customers get access to Dior’s entire beauty offer.

Regarding perfumes, all the brand’s offering is available, from J’adore to Miss Dior or Sauvage, including the exclusive fragrances from La Collection Privée Christian Dior created by François Demachy, Dior’s in-house perfumer.

The latest makeup launches inspired from the catwalks and designed by Peter Philips, are also available.

Finally, for a complete experience the entire Dior’s skin care line are proposed, from Capture Totale to Dior Prestige.

Wide range of services

In the new shop a wide range of services are also available, some of them are free and only take of few minutes for customers in a hurry, while others require to be booked or are only open to invited customers.
