You must have experience working in a busy office, ideally working with excel spreadsheets and CRM systems, yet also a digital whizz with your socials; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
You will be responsible for supporting customers, providing efficient and compliant administrative operations to ensure the customer journey is smooth, plain sailing and positive. Customer service levels are to be of the highest standards, we are looking to create long-standing, returning customers.
You will monitor social media platforms and online forums for customer feedback. As an ambassador of the brand you will always respond appropriately and go out of your way to provide a top-notch service.
Using your excellent presentation skills, you will produce clear and concise written reports for senior members of your team that demonstrate a variety of key data, customer satisfaction, complaints, product sale trends and key ‘VIP’ customers.
