Precision. Beauty. Luxury. At Luxe Pack Monaco 2025 (September 29th - October 1st), Cosmogen unveils a new wave of innovations, offering skincare, makeup, and haircare brands exceptional applicators and packaging solutions that elevate every gesture.
Double-digit growth
A strategy of innovation that delivers results. “We are forecasting growth of around 20% in 2025, with revenues expected to reach approximately EUR 26 million,” said Priscille Allais, CEO of Cosmogen.
Established in France, the United States, Brazil, and China, the company continues to see its business strengthened by bespoke developments for leading luxury brands.
Three key pillars define the new collection: professional, surgery-inspired skincare aesthetics; engaging, sensorial makeup solutions; and ultra-premium applicators.
Clinical aesthetics in skincare
In a market where the pursuit of visible results drives consumer choices, Cosmogen introduces applicators inspired by the codes of aesthetic procedures — all while preserving its hallmark precision and attention to detail.
“These design codes are gaining ground because brands are demanding packaging that enhances the apparent effectiveness of products,” emphasized Maud Lelièvre, Marketing & Communications Director at Comogen.
For instance, the Needle Dropper Glass combines clinical precision with luxury appeal. Featuring a removable aluminum nozzle and a 30 ml thick glass bottle that can be customized with a variety of decorative finishes, it offers brands a distinctive edge.
“It’s a refined, premium alternative to the standard droppers that dominate skincare ranges, but often look alike,” explains Maud Lelièvre.
Another highlight is the Dropper Tube Alu, featuring a rounded aluminum applicator that ensures both precision and a luxurious look.
Cosmogen’s best-selling Tense Tube is now offered with a stainless steel tip — as an alternative to zamak — while the new Expert Needle Tube showcases an even more refined design. The brand also introduces a complete ABL tube range with aluminized skirts, combining active protection with elevated aesthetics.
A heightened sensory experience in makeup
In a category driven by constant renewal, Cosmogen is introducing a new generation of applicators designed to enrich sensoriality. Combining a flocked surface with a metallic side, Smooth & Fresh, for instance, ensures optimal formula pick-up while delivering a unique cooling effect.
In the blender segment, the spotlight is on Rubicell, a dense material with a velvety, peach-skin feel, offered in several innovative formats: the All-in-One Blender, a beveled tool with dual texture (Rubicell + PU); the High Coverage Blender, made entirely of Rubicell for even formula release and luxurious sensoriality; and the Bouncy Cushion Puff, delivering smooth, precise application.
Finally, the Candy Bar collection, first unveiled in 2024, grows with the launch of the Duo Jelly Brush, now reimagined with a dual-ended design combining jelly and soft tuft applicators.
Everyday luxury
Eventually, Cosmogen taps into the growing desire for everyday indulgence, creating applicators that bring the spa ritual into the home. The Signature Spatula, crafted entirely from stainless steel and customizable with engraving, offers an elegant alternative to disposable plastic tools. Meanwhile, the Mirror Scalp Comb, a gua sha-inspired stainless steel comb designed specifically for the scalp, features an ergonomic shape and rounded teeth that gently stimulate circulation and enhance the absorption of active ingredients.
Following its acquisition by Weinberg Capital Partners last year, Cosmogen is strengthening its role as a key differentiator in high-end cosmetic packaging.
