Cosmo International Fragrances has announced the appointment of Emily Bond as General Manager, U.S., a newly created role that underscores the company’s continued momentum and long-term commitment to growth in this key market.
This move reflects Cosmo’s ongoing expansion and reinforces its investment in strengthening leadership and capabilities to support the next phase of development in North America.
Emily brings more than 25 years of global experience across beauty and fragrance, with a strong track record in driving business growth, leading transformation, and managing complex P&Ls. She has held senior leadership roles at Givaudan, Newell Brands, Coty, and Unilever, and most recently served as CEO of Lotus Bridge Strategic Partners, where she advised brands on growth strategy and market expansion.
In her new role, Emily will focus on accelerating Cosmo’s U.S. business, strengthening its market position, and building on the strong foundation already in place. Her leadership will support both continuity for existing partners and the advancement of new growth opportunities.
