The US manufacturer of beauty and health products has announced its intention to move all its operations into a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Carson, California.

Cosmetix West said the relocation will allow it to better serve customers by consolidating production, compounding, warehousing, and office operations under one roof, strengthening its ability to deliver consistent quality and reliability.

The new facility will be fully FDA compliant for OTC manufacturing, featuring dedicated OTC production rooms and an ATEX-capable infrastructure designed to safely support the production of fragrances and alcohol-based products.

Planned for 2026, the transition is expected to enhance product quality, expand production and compounding capacity, and strengthen service levels through upgraded technologies and process controls, the company said. The move will also improve flexibility and speed to market, while supporting sustainability goals through a modern, lower-impact facility.

The relocation will be carried out in three phased stages designed to prevent supply disruptions, Cosmetix West detailed. Warehousing and storage operations are expected to move first beginning in May 2026, followed by filling operations in June or July, with both facilities operating in parallel for several weeks. Compounding is slated to transition last, beginning in August or September 2026, also with overlapping operations until new systems are fully stabilized.

Throughout each phase, our priority remains delivering the same high standards of Quality and Service that define Cosmetix West. We value your trust and partnership, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new home as we continue shaping the future of premium beauty together,” the company said in a statement.

Cosmetix West is part of France’s Anjac Health & Beauty Group since 2019.
