For their 12th edition, Cosmeeting and Creative Beauty, the two tradeshows organized by Beyond Beauty Events, brought together for 3 days (from 9 to 11 September 2014) more than 18,000 business visitors, amongst which 35% were international, coming to see what’s new and next in beauty from brands to suppliers, covering the sectors of fragrance, skincare, hair-care, make-up, body care and toiletries.
According to the organisers, VIP guests, such as decision and order makers, opinion leaders and buyers, accounted for 25 per cent of the total number of visitors. “The international dimension of both tradeshows is reinforcing alongside the presence of key contacts coming from Marketing Departments together with Purchase Manager, CEO & General Manager, Marketing Director, Product Development and R&D Manager,” added the Beyond Beauty Events management team.
In partnership with Guangzhou Global Beauty Thinking Commercial Service, the shows also hosted a delegation of 50 Chinese buyers who met with brands willing to develop their export strategy on the Asian market.
In the same way, a new exhibition area - Cosmeeting Selective - was designed to help nine fast-growing brands meet with key buyers from the selective distribution .
The two tradeshows gathered a total of 361 exhibitors (196 for Cosmeeting Paris and 165 for Creative Beauty), including 48% foreign companies.
