Coptis will showcase its full range of software solutions at the next edition of in-cosmetics Global, which will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on 17-19 April 2018.
Coptis’ range of solution includes Coptis Lab, a proactive comprehensive solution to optimize project development in the cosmetics industry. The software was designed specifically for cosmetic product formulations, including regulatory conformity and safety assessment.
“Coptis Lab enables cosmetic formulators to efficiently manage development projects and improve the quality and reliability of information. Coptis Lab automates formulation comparisons, trial price calculation, regulatory & blacklist alerts, tests reports, ingredients list and PIF. Coptis Lab is further enhanced with an integrated Global Regulatory database for INCI restrictions and a Cosmetic Supplier Raw Materials database,” explains the company.
Last year, Coptis also added Coptis Tox to their range of solutions. Coptis Tox is a toxicological database featuring more than 2,000 substances to automatically generate a toxicological profile report of any substance included and calculate the Margin of Safety (MoS) for each ingredient in specific formula. This allows the evaluation of the safety of raw materials and finished products from the initial steps of the product development.
