Beautycare Brazil has defined the countries on which the sectoral project will focus its activities in 2022 and 2023. This mainly concerns vertical programs and events dedicated to: Finished Products; Ingredients; and Packaging, Services, and Accessories.

The Internationalization Project of the Brazilian Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrances Industry, created by ABIHPEC (Brazilian Association of the Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrances Industry) in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), has selected nineteen countries in total: Australia, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

For this prioritization, a complete study of 43 countries previously identified as being of common interest to the participants, distributed across the five continents, was carried out,” said Beautycare Brazil.

The study, carried out by Apex-Brasil’s Market Intelligence area, enabled an in-depth analysis of trade, macroeconomic, GDP, projections and consumption trends for the coming years, among other data from these 43 countries. To complement this survey, we also count on ABIHPEC’s team of specialists to present sector-specific analyses, evaluating the same countries, but from other perspectives, such as information on product launches, sector agreements, mapping of regulatory barriers for the CT&F industry’s products, and business opportunity for Brazilian companies.

This market prioritization work is what defines the project’s strategy and performance for the next 2 years (2022 and 2023). The complete study, as it was carried out, is essential for us to find the best way to support companies and define project guidelines and events that will be held,” said Gueisa Silvério, Beautycare Brazil manager.
