Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute annual marketing plans and budgets
- Build relationships with agencies for creative, digital and PR campaigns
- Present analysis, range reviews and performance reports to senior management
- Manage NPD projects from concept to launch, working closely with third-party suppliers and global teams on NPD opportunities
- Lead cost negotiations and profitability optimisation across the brand portfolio
- Oversee the Amazon business and ecommerce platform development
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a brand/product management, or ecommerce (Amazon/D2C) role, with beauty/fragrance experience a strong advantage
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen with profit focus and data-driven approach
- A self-motivated team player, comfortable with travel
