Albéa, the global leader in mascara packaging, has produced the Volume Reveal mascara for Bourjois. It combines a mirror and plastic brush with bristles that capture every lash

The primary packaging features a triangular bottle that can stand upright; a built-in magnifying mirror that can magnify three times to reveal even the tiniest lashes; a lash-capturing bristled brush so that no lash goes untouched. Albéa produced the brush, the wiper system, as well as the bottle and decoration.

Bourjois chose Scale, a plastic brush from the Albéa Tips Studio program, whose global center of excellence is located in Bottanuco, Italy. This bristled brush is flexible enough to comb, elongate and plump every last lash. Its soft surface is ultra-comfortable for every mascara-lover,” claims Albéa.

The triangular bottle is bi-injected with PCTA and PETG and then decorated using screen-printing and hot stamping. A magnifying mirror is added onto the bottle with its protective film and a built-in wiper system. The PETG cap is screen-printed. Albéa also managed the assembly for the brush, stem and cap.

It all comes together in an original package draped in black where the double walls create a transparent illusion and add a hint of elegance. This is the perfect chic packaging for women constantly on-the-move,” underlines the French supplier.

This package was designed as part of the Albéa Tips Studio. This program brings together all the group’s expertise and experience in applicators, from fiber and plastic mascara brushes to lipgloss, eyeliner and other beauty tips. It offers global opportunities for creating, developing and producing applicators for all- new beauty gestures and make-up effects.
