The luxury beauty service destination will open its first Houston lounge ahead of this Spring. Located at 3601 Westheimer Road in the Uptown/River Oaks area, the lounge marks a major milestone in the brand’s continued national franchise expansion and its entry into the Texas market.
The new lounge will be owned and operated by Courtney Freels, a Houston native and longtime Blushington client, and will serve as the anchor location for the brand’s expansion across the state.
"Our location is iconic. With blowouts and skincare joining the makeup services that built the brand, this store marks a new chapter for Blushington,” said owner Courtney Freels. “This location, with its strong and complimentary tenant mix, including River Oaks Donuts, will set the standard."
The Houston lounge is one of two Houston-area locations planned, reinforcing Blushington’s intention to establish a meaningful, long-term presence in Texas as part of its broader franchise growth strategy.
Founded in 2011 by sisters and Co-Founders Stephi Cohen and Nicki Maron, Blushington offers professional blowouts, makeup applications, and skincare services designed for everyday moments as well as special occasions, with a focus on inclusivity across skin tones, hair textures, and ages. The brand is led by an all-female executive team and is headquartered in New York, where its flagship location has built a loyal following.
The brand is actively seeking franchisees, with target markets including Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and California. According to the brand, the initial investment to open a lounge ranges from US$ 585,500 to US$ 805,100.
