Beauty Success: up 6% in 2011

Beauty Success is praising its performance in 2011. Indeed, the turnover of the French retail network has increased by 6% over the previous year, twice the average score of selective distribution in France (3%).

"Sales dramatically increased during the Christmas season with an 8% growth in December 2011 vs. December 2010. For four years now, Beauty Success has been growing at over 6% and holds 7% of market share," the company said in a statement.

The network opened 16 new stores during the year 2011. The Beauty Success network currently features 280 beauty shops and salons, including 9 locations outside Metropolitan France. The company plans to continue its development and also intends to celebrate the opening of its 300th shop during the course of 2012.

According to Philippe Georges, CEO and co-founder of the network, who set itself the goal to achieve 10% market share and 400 stores in France by 2015, these results confirm the relevance of the network’s mission, based on the concepts of “well-being and beautiful mind.
