Based in Dubai, relocation support will be offered if required, and you will be paid in local currency, tax free.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop product and pricing strategies for Beauty, aligning with industry trends, consumer needs, and brand positioning
– Drive growth and success of all beauty brands within the company portfolio
– Use brand-building experience and consumer insights to enhance overall brand strategy
– Work closely with full-service partners, creating business plans, guiding product direction, and ensuring timely product launches
– Collaborate with internal teams to support retail needs and build brand awareness and success
– Manage buying to agreed budgets and OTB levels, to meet or exceed margin expectations
– Oversee product development within Beauty, staying informed on regional regulatory requirements and challenges
– Lead and motivate the Beauty Team, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of team goals
Candidate Requirements:
– Category management experience in the beauty sector, with a brand or retailer
– Passionate and knowledgeable about global beauty, with a thorough understanding of Marketing activities and the NPD process
– Confident and self-motivated, comfortable working with multicultural teams
– Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
