Assistant Brand Manager (AE431209)

Salary: £26,000-£29,000

Could you manage the NPD process from concept to launch?

Are you a self- motivated assistant brand manager with a creative flair?

We have an incredible experience to join one of the UK’s leading beauty contract manufacturers, where you will drive brand performance in key market channels both in the UK and overseas markets. A skilled multi-tasker with an entrepreneurial approach, this role will allow you to take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of brands as you continually plan, evaluate, and improve brand strategy.

Using your experience of working with FMCG brands, you will work alongside the brand manager to ensure the commercial development of the brand. You will monitor the performance of products and analyse how this reflects upon consumer needs, altering the brand strategy to target certain consumers and achieve profitable growth. You will also work closely with the creative teams to create a pipeline of campaigns that drive sales and awareness and use your analytical skills to analyse data to improve on future strategy.
Using your natural skills at multitasking, you will support the NPD function by co-ordinating activities and functions by liaising with buyers, packing technologists, R&D and the Suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be bright and driven, with excellent numerical skills and strong commercial acumen. You must be confident at juggling multiple projects simultaneously; this is a fast-paced environment where you must be able to keep your cool, focus and deadlines.
