Fragrance and cosmetic sampling company Arcade Beauty has announced the acquisition of substantially all the operating assets and capabilities of the US-based Suite K fragrance business thus boosting its filling capacity in North America.

The operation includes existing blending and production expertise at the 78,000 square feet (7,246 m2) facility in Dayton, NJ, for vials, mini-products, roller balls and full-size retail fragrance products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Edison, New Jersey, Suite K will focus on its creams and lotions business with a dedicated factory located in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
