APC Packaging takes the main stage at Luxe Pack Los Angeles

As part of the next edition of Luxe Pack Los Angeles (March 4-5, 2026) the company will participate in a featured educational panel. The session will be moderated by Rick Ponte, Vice President of Project Engineering at APC Packaging, and will include senior leaders from The Estée Lauder Companies, Nulastin, and Symbiome.

The panel, titled “Designing for Diversity: Creating Sustainable Premium Packaging for Brands with Distinct Identities,” will take place on March 4th from 1:30–2:15 PM in the conference room at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The discussion will focus on how brands and packaging partners can collaborate to deliver environmentally responsible solutions without compromising luxury, performance, or brand integrity. Panelists will explore how premium sustainable packaging can support a wide range of brand identities — from expressive and lifestyle-driven to minimalist and science-based — while maintaining strong emotional resonance and perceived value. Through real-world examples and shared insights, the session will highlight how close collaboration between brands, engineers, and designers enables scalable, innovative solutions that meet evolving consumer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Meaningful progress in sustainable packaging is achieved through strong partnerships and shared expertise,” said Rick Ponte, Vice President of Project Engineering at APC Packaging. “This panel reflects how brands and packaging partners can work together to develop responsible, premium solutions that honor each brand’s unique identity while driving long-term value.
