Neopac has appointed Ann Peirce as Head of Sales Americas and Managing Director of its Wilson, North Carolina facility, effective September 1, 2026. In this dual role, she will lead Neopac’s U.S.-based sales team and assume overall responsibility for the group’s North American production site.
Ann brings more than two decades of leadership and commercial expertise in the pharmaceutical primary packaging industry. Most recently, she served as National Sales Director at Gerresheimer.
