Ancorotti Cosmetics raises capital to fund international growth

White Bridge Investments has just acquired 30% of the shares in Ancorotti Cosmetics, Italian manufacturer of make-up and skincare products.

Ancorotti Cosmetics, which specialises in the creation and production of make-up formulations, in particular for the eyes and the lips, has recorded impressive growth rates since it was created in 2009 by industry veteran Renato Ancorotti and daughter Enrica. The company achieved a turnover of 72 million euros in 2016, up 66% compared to 2015. This is the seventh consecutive year of double-digit growth for the Italian company, which already forecasts the same trend for the current year.

According to Ancorotti Cosmetics, the equity investment by White Bridge which in the context of a capital increase, will help boost the company’s growth on international markets, in particular it will allow new investments in sales and in product innovation.

The management team remains unchanged: Renato Ancorotti, Chairman of the Board, Enrica Ancorotti, Co-Administrator and Marco Mazzola, Managing Director.
