This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-scaling Ecommerce channel across the UK, US and Europe. This role offers real autonomy, the chance to shape strategy, and the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the commercial strategy for Amazon accounts across Vendor and Seller platforms in the UK, EU and US
- Identify and drive growth opportunities across product range, pricing, content, promotions and advertising
- Lead, coach and develop a small team, setting clear direction and performance objectives
- Scale FBA operations in key markets and explore expansion opportunities across Europe
- Manage external agency partners, ensuring high performance and delivery against objectives
- Build and refine processes and SOPs to optimise day-to-day Amazon operations
- Analyse performance and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience managing both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
- Proven experience developing and motivating a team
- Commercially astute with a strategic approach to account growth and performance
- Experience within beauty, fragrance or a related FMCG category
