Easyfairs, the company behind the trade shows ADF&PCD and PLD Paris, Packaging Première, Packaging Innovations and Luxury Packaging, is reorganizing its portfolio to strengthen the synergies between these packaging-focused European events.

International network

After announcing in November the launch of London Packaging Week, the company has announced the launch of Paris Packaging Week, which will bring together the ADF&PCD and PLD Paris fairs on June 29 and 30, 2022.

In the UK capital, the new event will bring together on 21 and 22 September 2022 three shows: PCD (for packaging of perfumes and cosmetics), PLD (for packaging of premium and luxury drinks), Food & Consumer Pack, and Packaging premier (for high-end secondary packaging), succeeding Packaging Innovations and Luxury Packaging London.

In Milan, a new edition of PCD is launching in May 2022 to serve the southern European beauty market alongside Packaging Première, an event mainly focused on the secondary packaging market.

The aim is to give more consistency to the Easyfairs professional events dedicated to packaging in London, Paris and Milan, while strengthening their synergies. At the same time, the various exhibitions that make up these events are given a new branding.

Paris Packaging Week next June

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Easyfairs announced two weeks ago that the 2022 edition of ADF&PCD and PLD Paris would take place on 29 & 30 June 2022 and not in January, as originally planned.

In Paris, next June, in addition to the three ADF, PCD and PLD shows, which are forecast to host a total of 600 exhibitors, the first edition of Paris Packaging Week will host a range of features designed to inspire the packaging community: three conference stages; a new gallery of key cross-sector packaging trends hosted by the ADF, PCD and PLD Innovation Awards; guided tours; networking areas and parties; the world’s best design in the Pentawards gallery...
