Two leading hotel cosmetics producers have joined forces in an effort to significantly expand their business in the worldwide amenity market: ADA Cosmetics International, Europe’s leading producer of hotel cosmetics, and Marietta Corporation, one of the largest hotel amenity manufacturers in North America. The two companies intend to create synergies between their key competencies to better serve the international market. Their cooperative activities will focus on international bids to offer international hotel chains a worldwide, single-source solution to their amenity needs.

Marietta and ADA will provide a wide portfolio of quality cosmetics that can be distributed to any hotel location in the world, especially in North America, South America, Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Bothe companies intend to consolidate their international market share and their international growth. According to Wilhelm B. Könning, CEO of ADA Group, the partnership with Marietta could be a huge competitive advantage in international bids.

Aside from these joint activities, both companies will continue to approach their core markets in North America and Europe independently.
