TNT Global Manufacturing has co-developed with Puig three new caps for the Loubiworld collection for the Middle East: the scarab beetle and the royal falcon are made of two zamak pieces and the snake, which is made of three pieces. The brand’s iconic red - syringed with epoxy - embellishes the e-coated orange-gold finish of the caps.
Each cap is finished with a shared red dyed PP insert.
“These caps show once again TNT Global Manufacturing’s knowhow in the design of sophisticated zamak pieces, requiring a complex unmoulding process and precise assembly and polishing operations,” said the company in a statement.
