A future buyer for the Albea Group?

According to several concurring sources, Private investment firm Sun Capital would plan to sell the Albéa Group, the world’s leading supplier of packaging for the beauty markets, to a potential buyer having both the required financial capacity and the willingness to continue to support the Group’s expansion.

Let’s remind that Albéa employs 15,000 people in 60 countries in 38 facilities in across the world. Albéa’s global sales totalled US. $1.4 billion in 2015.
