YetPack Ltd., a Polish producer of polyethylene tubes, laminated tubes, sachets, labelled tubes, as well as bulks and filling services for the cosmetics industry, recently added digitally decorated tubes to its offering.

The digital printing technology used by YetPack allows an 800 dpi image resolution thus fitting most graphic needs while allowing a significant reduction in production costs of short series. It is therefore perfectly adapted to the decoration of niche products or the deployment or implementation of new products on the market. “This technology is also really amazing for cosmetics brands who want to present new products, new recipes to customers without huge investment to customized packages,” says the company in a release.

Contrarily to the flexo technology, there is no initial cost and it is also possible to print different versions of the tube for the same product without investing in the creation of a matrix.

The digital printing technology also brings new possibilities in logistics with just in time delivery.
