From February 15 to 18, visitors of the 2017 edition of Vivaness will once again have the opportunity to discover the latest trends, innovations and newcomers of the natural and organic cosmetics market. The event will take place at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg and will host 259 exhibitors from 35 countries. Estonia and Croatia will be represented for the first time ever. 66 % of Vivaness’ exhibitors will be from outside Germany.
“The natural cosmetics sector will show how diverse and inspiring it is in impressive fashion again at Vivaness 2017. The trade fair, which has both COSMOS and NATRUE as honorary sponsors, is continuously confirming that it is an international meeting place for the industry and wows its visitors with young dynamic start-ups as well as with pioneers and trailblazers,” said Petra Wolf, member of NürnbergMesse’s management board.
There will be 196 products to discover at the trade fair’s Novelty Stand alone. Ten German newcomers will be presenting products at the “Young Innovative Companies” pavilion, which is being supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), and 18 young innovative manufacturers and start-ups from nine countries are participating in the special show Breeze.
All the products being displayed at the Novelty Stand, the German newcomers and the foreign exhibitors appearing as part of Breeze can be viewed at www.vivaness.de/noveltystand, www.vivaness.de/newcomer and www.vivaness.de/en/breeze.
The trends being highlighted at Vivaness include new haircare and hairstyling products, deodorants in every format, products that don’t contain water, and multifunctionality, which will be represented by items such as 2-in-1 products. Vegan cosmetics remain a trend too.
How can the natural personal care sector be developed as a whole and which strategies do manufacturers use to grow their brands? What’s happening with regard to labels and certification, and how is digital media turning communication in the industry on its head? These topics and many others will be discussed at the 2017 Vivaness Congress.
