Following the resignation of Catherine Disdet, President and founder of the Fragrance Foundation France (FFF), in December 2011, Philippe Ughetto (Senior International Vice President of Arcade Europe) was chosen by the board members to take Presidency of the not-for-profit association. Created 20 years ago, the FFF gathers the major players in the perfume industry (brands, suppliers - designers, glass artists, printers and box makers, plastic moulders ... - and distributors).
At the last Extraordinary General Assembly on 7 February 2012, the association members approved several resolutions:
Change of the Association headquarter office (now located at 26 rue de l’Etoile, Paris 17th arrondissement),
The modification of its purpose: to help spread a better understanding of the skills and talents of the fragrance industry, including, but not only, through an annual perfume award ceremony, the Fifi Awards,
Enlargement of the board from 8 to 16 members.

The board is now composed of Isabelle Ferrand (Cinquième Sens), Veronique Gohmann (Yves Rocher), Valerie Jacob (SGD), Marie-Lise Jonak (Takasago), Léa Vignal (Cartier), Yvan Bagnis (Firmenich) Julien Bessaud (Puig Closed), Xavier Renard (IFF), come join Marie-Chantal Fournier (founder member), The Fragrance Foundation USA, Bernardo Cauvin (Givaudan) Pierre DeSaulles (Interparfums), Fabrice Obenans (Marionnaud), Denis Quimbrot (BPI), Thierry Trotobas (Mane) and Philippe Ughetto (Arcade).
In addition, Sabine Chabbert, a journalist specializing in the fragrance industry, has joined the Fragrance Foundation France as Delegate Director. As such, she is in charge of carrying out new tasks expressed by the association members and decided by the board.
A celebrity makeup artist, a renowned expert in rejuvenating makeup techniques, and also th first professional makeup artist working with the Yves Rocher brand, Max Herlant, is about to participate in the next MakeUp in Paris tradeshow, its third in a row.
