Ŝirmi (to guarantee, to protect in the Esperanto language), IPack’s latest innovation, is a new generation of drip free cap, which offers a new way to use a pack.
More modern than traditional flip caps, Ŝirmi eases the distribution of the product through a simple squeeze of the bottle or tube. After use, the upper part of the cap repositions itself automatically in order to close the container while maintaining the balance of atmospheric pressure (or not, in the case airless versions).
Furthermore, consumers can keep the pack permanently upside down to ensure full utilization of the content. Indeed, thanks to the automatic closure of the cap, the product cannot get out unless the user squeezes the pack.
“Ŝirmi also has a 1/4 turn locking system to ensure complete sealing and safe carrying in handbags or luggage. All existing shapes and decorations are possible,” IPack adds in a release.
To achieve this result, the design of the cap required many developments that have been the subject of several patent applications by IPack.
