Pylote, a French company specializing in particles with innovative performances, will showcase its state-of-the-art technology for the preservation of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals at CPhI Japan in Tokyo on 19-21 April 2017.

Loïc Marchin, CEO of Pylote, will hold a conference on the beneficial effects of the company’s antimicrobial system.

The company has developed a proprietary technology - named Pyclear Protection - based on the treatment of plastic packaging to provide antimicrobial protection to pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulations.

Pyclear Protection allows to replace antimicrobial preservatives used in many pharmaceutical and cosmetic specialties. A simple additive must be added to the plastic material. Otherwise, no change is needed in existing manufacturing processes. According to Pylote, this solution is highly suited for multi-dose eye drop flasks, nasal spray used preparations, and also for skin care cosmetic products.

At CPhI Japan, an event which brings together more than 20,000 pharma industry professionals from 100+ countries, Loïc Marchin, CEO of Pylote, will hold a conference on the beneficial effects of the company’s antimicrobial system.

Pylote is today able to provide in the Japan pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets its proprietary solutions with complete statutory compliance such as Japanese, European and US pharmacopeias or Food Contact. Our solutions are totally ready to use and adaptable to every type of packaging, manufacturer and contents,” commented Loïc Marchin, CEO of Pylote.

Pylote’s Pyclear Protection technology was awarded at CPhI Europe Barcelona in October 2016

In 2016, Pylote has received in Europe several awards for its innovation Pyclear Protection:
