PSB Industries - a leading international industrial group in the packaging and specialty chemical businesses with three companies Baikowski, CGL Pack and Texen - aims to double its sales on its strategic markets (luxury & beauty, health & hygiene , food , lighting & high-tech industries), including acquisitions in France and abroad, targeted investment and dynamic innovation policy.

A few months before the group’s 110th anniversary, Olivier Salaun, President and CEO, presented the new strategic directions for all the activities. The “Ambition 2020” plan builds on the excellent know-how and manufacturing facilities of the company:

 To listen to customers,
 To strengthen leadership positions with the three brands (Baikowski, CGL
Pack and Texen),
 To strengthen expertise and skills,
 To exceed 13% of ROCE [1] level,
 To double the turnover in strategic markets with acquisitions in France and abroad, targeted investment and dynamics of innovation and continuous improvement policy.

PSB Industries, which has 14 industrial sites and more that 1,400 employees worldwide, realizes 63 % of its turnover in the sector of perfumery and cosmetic packaging (Texen), 20% in custom packaging (CGL pack) and 17% in specialty chemicals (Baikowski). In 2012, the group achieved a turnover of 248.1 million euros, 60% of which were made abroad.

Today, PSB Industries holds a leading position in its three fields of activity: No. 1 in France on custom thermoformed packaging, No. 4 in the World in plastic packaging for cosmetics and perfume, No. 1 in the World for mineral products for lighting.
