Working in the global NPD department of a category-leading beauty company, you will own the NPD pipeline, turning concepts and briefs into a reality. You will establish clear CPA timelines and liaise with external suppliers to guarantee delivery, using your organisational skills to anticipate problems or delays and propose solutions.
Involved in all aspects of NPD and EPD delivery, you will oversee packaging and formulation development, and ensure new products are tested and approved by the regulatory department.
With the company’s diverse brand portfolio and reach into global markets, you will enjoy the thrill of international travel as you ensure delivery of your projects.
Candidate Requirements:
– Project management experience within cosmetics or personal care
– Ability to handle multiple initiatives and complexities efficiently
– Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment
– Confident leading and challenging others with the goal to improve processes
– A natural people-person who builds strong and productive relationships within the team and with key global suppliers
This hybrid role is based 2 days per week in the West London office.
