MakeUp in Seoul will open its doors at the Conrad Hotel next April 15th and 16th for its second edition. According to the organisers, the number of pre-registered visitors is already higher than the number recorded a year to date.

"What’s interesting," notes Jean-Yves Bourgeois "is the frenzy around MakeUp in Seoul not only coming from Asian brands, but also, and especially, from large international brands. We cannot give away too much, but I can assure you that exhibitors who chose to take part in this second edition will not regret it. Alongside the cream of Korean brands most major international brands will also be there. Appointments are already set..."

With a 30% increase in the number of exhibitors compared to last year, MakeUp in Seoul confirms the interest of the makeup industry for this unique event in Asia.

Undoubtedly, the Korean industry largely contributed to this craze. Its dynamism in the past ten years is simply remarkable: Be it in the field of colour cosmetics but also, of course, in that of skincare, Korean companies are particularly innovative. "This is obviously one of the reasons why Seoul was the right choice to make to organize our event," stresses Jean-Yves Bourgeois.

This year again, an ambitious programme of conferences will complement the show.
