InterCHARM Moscow, the tradeshow that will hold its 20th edition on 27-30 November 2013, is taking advantage from the dynamism of the Russian beauty market.

At its jubilee edition the show is expecting more than 1000 exhibitors from 31 countries (compared to 930 companies from 24 countries in 2012). The organisers also expect more than 62,000 business and professional visitors from Moscow, Russian regions, CIS (Armenia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.) and from abroad. Last year, the show welcomed 61,768 visitors (+20% compared to 2011).

The Russian market continues to be the most dynamic in Europe and on post-Soviet territory. By 2012 the market demonstrated the highest growth by 21% since 2004, and reached USD 13,5bln (9,8 bln euros),” explain Reed Exhibitions. “Gradually recovering after the crisis, which is associated with the strengthening of the rubble, rising incomes and increasing consumer expectation index, the market is #5 in the world. Russia is huge and the market can triple in size so there are lots of opportunities for growth!

InterCHARM covers up all sectors of the beauty industry: perfumery and cosmetics, hairdressing, nail service, beauty salon and institute, spa. Specific areas will also be dedicated to natural and organic beauty products (BIO), to beauty and health products (FARMA+BEAUTY), to innovative and niche products (ZOOM) and to raw materials and contract manufacturing (Packaging). A new sector ECO-HOME will also display environment-friendly detergents and cleansers.
