After the ISO 14001 environmental certification in April 2011, ID bio, a French supplier of natural extracts, completes its normative commitment by obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 certificate for all its activities (beauty and health sector).
The audit which has been leaded by AFNOR (French organization for standardization).
“This certification is a distinction I am very proud of. However, it is not an end in itself and just represents a reference point of our continuous improvement approach”, explains Jean Pierre Picot, President of ID bio. Indeed, ID bio fully intends to base on this certification to consolidate its strong points and to work on new projects to make the customers’ satisfaction be at the heart of the system and in each employee’s mind.
