Heading the talented New Product Development department of this ground-breaking skin care company, managing both NPD projects and existing products. Your success will be underpinned by your skills teamwork, relationships, drive, initiative and integrity.

Using your degree or equivalent qualification and at least 5 years’ experience within the beauty or personal care markets to manage the processes from concept through to delivery, along all areas within the supply chain to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will take full ownership purchasing and negotiations with suppliers, NPD creating, sourcing, prototyping, production management and managing the critical path.

You know that creating new high-performance products isn’t easy and requires gritty determination to think differently about challenging situations, and finding solutions where others say it can’t be done.

It will be up to you to develop your role as well as new products so you must be self-motivated and disciplined with excellent project management skills underpinned by top class communication and financial acumen.
