A highly successful ingredients manufacturer is seeking an innovative General Manager to join their team in central Portugal. Working alongside the CEO, the General Manager will optimise business operations across three European factories, identifying improvements and opportunities for growth.
You will structure and establish new Marketing and R&D departments to deliver company goals, while implementing your own initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
– Degree in chemical engineering or a related subject
– Hands-on experience developing new ingredients in an industrial manufacturing environment
– Significant European experience
– Fluent in English, Portuguese is not required
Senior management experience is preferred but not essential if you have the right leadership skills and strategic vision.
