The Fareva group, which announced in August 2014the acquisition of Italian makeup producer Chromavis, has achieved in July the integration of its Farevacolor division within Chromavis.

This integration is part of a coherent process in creating new products and new production systems that will benefit to the cosmetic industry by providing Chromavis (130 millions euros in sales), with a new potential strength,” says the group in a release. This merger allows Chromavis, which is now Fareva’s unique business unit for makeup, to get access to new production platforms, like Cosmeva (France), Fareva Richmond (Virginia, USA).

Thus, Chromavis will be capable of satisfying and optimizing new solutions in such areas as aerosol production and OTC systems considered one of the important elements in its strategy. “The new production model and operating system will boost production efficiency not only in the product development process, but also in a effective way of providing our customers with additional solutions,” highlights the company.
