The French supplier of software solutions dedicated to cosmetic R&D and regulatory compliance has announced the apointment of Pauline Caron as Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Holding a Master’s degree in Molecular Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Pauline is no stranger to Coptis since she previously held the position of Product Manager from 2019 to 2021, where she played a key role in project management, identifying user needs, prioritizing product development, and optimizing internal processes. This experience gave her a strategic understanding of the challenges linked to the digital transformation of cosmetic laboratories.
Following her first experience at Coptis, Pauline broadened her expertise by taking on strategic roles in the tech and innovation sectors, including freelance Product Manager at Eatwith and Chief Product Officer at Les Clés. She is also the founder of Le podcast d’ector., a socially engaged media initiative addressing workplace suffering and related issues.
Through this appointment, Coptis aims to strengthen its product strategy and to advance the integration of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence applied to cosmetic formulation.
“Rejoining Coptis is a true honor. I am deeply committed to accelerating the digital transformation of cosmetic laboratories and contributing my experience to a pioneering company that places innovation and compliance at the heart of its mission,” said Pauline Caron.
Coptis has been developing software solutions for more that 26 years now. Their technologies are tailored to the specific needs of cosmetic laboratories. Coptis PLM, for instance, can manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to market launch by centralizing formulation data, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring rigorous management of international regulatory requirements.
