Hermès has announced the appointment of Anne-Sarah Panhard as the new Managing Director of its Fragrances & Beauty division. Panhard assumed the role effective November 1, 2025.
Anne-Sarah Panhard succeeds Agnès de Villers, who has led the Fragrances & Beauty division since 2015. As part of the organizational reorganization, de Villers will move into the role of Vice President of the French luxury group’s Leather Goods and Saddlery division.
The appointment comes as the division reports a slight dip in sales over the first nine months of the year.
Panhard joined Hermès in 2011, initially serving as General Manager of the iconic Faubourg Saint-Honoré flagship in Paris. From 2012 to 2018, she held the role of Managing Director of Hermès France, overseeing 28 stores and 700 employees — a division that accounts for 14% of the group’s total revenue.
Since 2018, she has served as Managing Director of Hermès Home, leading creation and product development across decorative objects, tableware, furniture, and home textiles. Her responsibilities also included overseeing Puiforcat, the luxury tableware brand owned by the group.
Before joining the Hermès, Panhard built a diverse international career, including roles as Country Manager for Saks Fifth Avenue in Bahrain, Country Manager for Salvatore Ferragamo in the U.K., and Divisional Sales Manager for Fashion Accessories and Fine Jewelry at Harrods.
