David Prague has been appointed Vice President of Operations of Topline Products, a manufacturer of packaging, applicators, and turnkey products for the colour cosmetics, skin care, and personal care industries.
Prior to Topline, David Prague was President and Managing Director at Shya Hsin Packaging USA. He previously was Vice President of Packaging at the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal USA. With more than 15 years of executive level experience in the cosmetics industry, David Prague was named Packaging Executive of the Year in 2008 by the HBA Global Expo.
"As Topline continues to grow its global presence with operations in Asia, Europe and North America, David will bring his unique experience and expertise in product development and manufacturing to that strategy,” said Charles Chang, Topline president.
