German manufacturer of cosmetic brushes, applicators and comprehensive packaging systems Geka, today announced the appointment of Yves Dominioni as its new President & CEO. He will succeed Franco Lucá who asked the company’s Advisory Board to be released from his duties.
“We are pleased to have found a President & CEO such as Mr. Dominioni, a most experienced manager and proven industry expert, who will further stimulate Geka’s growth strategy and development,” said Günter Hauptmann, Chairman of Geka’s Advisory Board.
From 1996 to 2005, Yves Dominioni was CEO of Rexam’s Beauty & Pharma division. As a member of Geka’s Advisory Board, he has been already associated with the company.
Earlier this year, Geka was acquired by 3i, an international private equity fund.
