We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially-driven Sales Manager to maximise the growth potential of key accounts in the Beauty division of an innovative contract manufacturing business.
This is a varied role ideal for a flexible team builder. You will be responsible for a team of Account Managers, guiding them to deliver on sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Grow existing strategic customer accounts and drive new business
– Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Account Managers
– Conduct research to identify and vet prospective new accounts
– Represent the company externally to build partnerships with customers
– Negotiate and close deals to meet sales revenue targets
– Analyse financial performance of managed accounts
– Create strategic sales plans for your product category
– Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders
– Develop processes and training to support account management
Candidate Requirements:
– Commercially focused B2B Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit
– Strong leadership and people management abilities
– Excellent communication and negotiation aptitude
– Strategic thinking combined with an inquisitive approach
– Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
– Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
This hybrid role is based 2 days a week in the company’s Hampshire offices, and 3 days at home.
