The Strategic Key Account Manager Beauty & Personal Care drives the success of Silgan Dispensing Systems’ business by managing the EMEA customer base, pricing, and our sales strategy. This position reports to the Sales Director of B&PC and partners closely with our leadership team in EU and within Innovation to generate incremental growth on a set of accounts and increase customer satisfaction. Most of our B&PC dispensing solutions are manufactured in Barcelona & Milano.
HOW YOU WILL IMPACT SILGAN DISPENSING SYSTEMS:
Be part of a multicultural and very active and engaged team worldwide.
Develop and execute account strategies for key global and regional cosmetic accounts, including growth strategy, pricing, brand and product targeting and competitive analysis.
Manage forecasts, commercial and financial results, reporting to meet financial and commercial objectives.
Budget and execute annual sales plans for B&PC-focused solutions and projects.
Assess market, competition, and product positioning to determine product value proposition.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

3+ years related experience within B&PC industry
Customer focus with a growth mindset
BAC +4/5 or equivalent preferred.
Fluency in French and English basic knowledge in Spanish
