Are you a Senior Research & Innovation Scientist with a love for all things hair?

Are you a technical leader with experience in hair care product development?

Joining an established manufacturer of haircare products with global distribution, you will be responsible for developing new technologies in line with market trends and business objectives.

With a strong scientific background and knowledge of the haircare segment, from shampoo and conditioner to hair colour and styling, you will identify new raw materials and technologies that can be applied into new products with added benefits to consumers.

You will conduct analytical and physical tests to assess feasibility and evaluate the performance and quality of prototype formulas.

You are always up to date with scientific publications and patents and keep an eye on the latest market launches.

Great project management and communication skills are key to drive multiple projects at a time, working cross-functionally with different teams.

As part of the company’s succession planning, this is a great opportunity for someone with the ability and desire to progress and head up the R&I and R&D departments in the future.
