Focusing on all of our categories in make-up you’ll lead the local research & development team with responsibility for growing our existing portfolio of make-up products (emulsions and anhydrous) You’ll:
Enhance existing products and develop new technologies
Build, develop and inspire a high-performing team with a results-orientated culture
Work with other teams (such as marketing or manufacturing) to progress product development
Identify and recommend key strategic opportunities
Lead new ways of working to improve efficiency and quality

You’ve led research & development and product development projects before, so you know the process. You’re:
