Are you an experienced, creative NPD looking for a new opportunity in luxury skincare?

Do you have a proven track record of delivering launches on time in full?

This close knit and expanding team are looking for a like-minded individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who can make things happen. You will be working directly alongside the founder, owner and formulator, creating truly transformative products for this highly scientific skincare brand.

You will be responsible to direct, lead and deliver the company product strategy. You will manage and direct the NPD team to create a rolling 2-year product calendar that produces an innovative, luxury, cross-category product portfolio.

Leading on NPD project management, you will liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure delivery of the total product launch plan on time and in full.

Are you a natural at creatively presenting a collection of inspirational ideas and solutions, road mapping the product from creation to shelf? Managing timings is also critical, strategy, organisation and your eye for detail are integral to this role.
