Are you an experienced Packaging Sales Professional in the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry?
You will be joining this family owned innovative global business who specialise in beauty packaging for many of the largest global cosmetic brands. It is your chance to work in an extremely fast paced global team where innovation and creativity are the rule, not the exception.
Being an experienced, commercially driven, sales manager you will be responsible for a number of Major UK customers.
You will put in place strategies and goals and work with both existing accounts as well as developing new business. Having worked in a very similar role your little black book is filled with contacts in the industry with major customers such as P&G, Boots, Avon, Coty, etc.
Your strong communication skills will be vital in presenting concepts and planning sales forecasts as well as precise written correspondence.
You must have a real passion for the beauty industry, be a team-player who can build strong customer relationships, adapting your approach to individual customers, identify, target and win new business.
You must understand the technical aspects of packaging and be able to work with our factories to develop new ideas based on market research, find solutions for your customer’s needs and manage the sales cycle from project planning through to the first and subsequent orders.
Good at number crunching you will manage sales budgets and increase profitability for your orders.
As this is an international company a second language, ideally French or Italian would be a huge advantage. You will be based from home or the UK office in South East England and travel extensively visiting customers and attending trade fairs.
You are used to working on your own initiative and can pick things up quickly whilst prioritising you full workload. You thrive on being busy and are always on the lookout to expand sales opportunities.
