Purpose of this role is to grow the business in store, driving conversion of customers through the coaching and development of in-store support staff, building strategic partnerships on an individual store level and delivering a first-class customer experience at all times.
It will be your responsibility to provide ongoing training and education for Beauty Advisors and section managers, execute seasonal brand plans/promotional calendars in store, support in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales and ensure brand positioning and standards are executed correctly in line with company guidelines.
For this exciting varied role, you will need to be extremely well-organised, driven, give direction and have two years of field sales experience/territory management preferred or demonstrable extensive retail experience.
