Reboul invests in a new assembly line for its new lipstick mechanism

Reboul presented at Luxe Pack Monaco the first samples of the R3000, its new generation patented lipstick mechanism, previously announced at Luxe Pack New York showroom and MakeUp in Paris.

The company claims the R3000 is a direct heir to the its long lipstick mechanisms tradition. The new solution was design to provide “a tailored response to changing brands’ specifications.

Thus, the R3000 offers a smooth and constant torque, but also a stronger connection between metallic and plastic parts, allowing the mechanism to pass the most stringent climatic tests. Recyclability was improved by removing and additive such as glue or lubricant.

Furthermore, the production quality by the control of the 100% of the output.

The R3000 is 100% designed and manufactured in France. Reboul invested heavily in a new generation of assembly machines. The new production line will be ready in April 2017 with a production capacity of 60 million units, spread over 2 diameters 12 and 12.7. Marc Cooper, Reboul’s new CEO, says that the ultimate goal is to reach a capacity of 100 million units.
